Review the EoI and Confirm Readiness
Go through the EoI carefully and proceed with booking once ready.
- • Review the EoI sent to your email to understand the requirements and terms.
- • Click the booking link sent to your email once you're prepared to move forward.

Print and Sign Undertaking
Print and sign the required undertaking.
- • Print the undertaking sent on WhatsApp on your organization letterhead, sign it and upload it while filling the booking form.

Fill the booking form - Upload Undertaking, Verify your Mobile Number and Pay Fees
Fill booking form and upload the signed undertaking
- • Verify your mobile number for authentication by completing the OTP verification for your mobile number.
- • Pay the respective fees, Kendra Establishment Fee .

Receive MoU and Login Credentials
Get the MoU and login details for portal access.
- • You will receive the MoU and login credentials for the Hayasa Care Centre and Hayasa Nirbhar Kendra in your email inbox.
